If you have not already done so, now is your chance to join the Oregon Middle Level Association and/or the National Middle School Association! It’s your support which allows us to continue to provide quality services to our Oregon middle school educators and administrators!

There are two options for joining;

1. Join both OMLA and NMSA (as a package)

2. Join OMLA only..

The form for joining OMLA only allows for individual, team, or institutional memberships. Please read the form for further information on the benefits of team or institutional memberships as well as costs.

Please do not do both unless you are completing two memberships (for example an individual OMLA membership for yourself and an institutional membership for your school.

To join the Oregon Middle Level Association (OMLA) only:

The OMLA has chosen not to get involved with moving money via the internet. Thus, you have two options for joining OMLA. One is to send an enrollment form and a check to OMLA via US mail. The other is to send your enrollment information to OMLA via E-Mail and then be billed.

To join both the Oregon Middle Level Association (OMLA) and the National Middle School Association (NMSA):

You can join using NMSA's secure website by clicking HERE, or

1) Click HERE to download the NMSA/OMLA registration form (opens in a new Acrobat Window),
2) fill in the information on the form using your mouse and keyboard,
3) print the form using the printer icon in the Acrobat tool bar,
4 ) attach a check for the amount indicated on the form,
5 ) and mail it to:
