Promising Practice Submission Form

The Oregon Middle Level Association maintains a Promising Practices directory that shares programs and practices within Oregon middle schools that have proven effective. Please take a minute and follow the links on this site to Support and Promising Practices to view those programs. We’re interested in sharing your successful programs with others in our state seeking to improve their schools. Fill in the form below and click the “send e-mail” button to send your promising practice to us.

Our intent is to update this directory each fall. New submissions will be added and those that have been here three years will be deleted. If you would like a program that has been on our site more than three years to remain, simply fill in a new form (with updated information) and re-submit it. We'll be glad to continue to share it with your colleagues.
